THE ANNUAL PRINCIPAL PARTNERS EVENT BRINGS BOSTON’S SCHOOL LEADERS AND CORPORATE LEADERS TOGETHER.
MARCH 30
ABOUT PRINCIPAL PARTNERS
Hosted by Bank of America, the Boston Public Schools, and Boston Plan for Excellence, Principal Partners brings Boston’s corporate leaders and school leaders together for a day of mutual learning. On the day of the event, leaders from the corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors spend the morning at a Boston Public School, accompanying the principal and engaging in the activities of a regular school day. Participants later convene for lunch at Bank of America to participate in a conversation about the critical role education plays in the quality of our society, in the future of our economy, and how we can work together to advance Boston’s young people.
Each year, participants get a firsthand look at the complex work of Boston’s school leaders, the school improvement investments the district has made, and the challenges that remain.
Since the first event in 2003, more than 600 leaders have participated.
