icon_headerBoston Teacher Leadership Certificate: By teachers, for teachers.

We are seeking experienced teacher leaders to participate in designing practice-based, graduate credit-bearing courses that can support BPS teacher leaders to strengthen the skills that are important for their roles. 

The courses will form the core of the new Boston Teacher Leadership Certificate, an initiative to accelerate student learning by strengthening teachers’ capacity to be resources for school and district improvement. Participants can earn four graduate credits or receive a $1000 stipend for their work researching, developing, and piloting the courses.
