617.227.8055 x 346 Susan Berglund works directly with the site directors in BTR’s host schools to oversee management of cohorts of teacher residents and mentors. Prior to joining BTR, Ms. Berglund managed a partnership between Mass General Hospital and the Timilty Middle School in Roxbury. She was also a BTR site director at the Timilty. Earlier in her career, Ms. Berglund was a certified science trainer for Edison Schools, preparing and delivering professional development sessions to new teachers.
Ms. Berglund has a BA in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross and a Masters in School Administration from Emmanuel College. In addition to being certified as a middle school science teacher, she is also principal/school administrator certified.
