617.227.8055 x 361 Ms. Kelly manages the BTR grants and funding process and the development and coordination of proposal writing and reporting. Before coming to BTR, Ms. Kelly taught high school English in New York City through the New York City Teaching Fellows program. She also has worked in educational programming and community relations for the Arthritis Foundation in Washington, DC. She holds a BA in English from Colgate University and an MEd with a concentration in English from the City University of New York.
