Dottie Engler

Dottie Engler manages the Principal for a Day and Fund for Teachers programs at BPE, along with additional projects related to the Annenberg scholarship, teacher networks, and external collaborations. Prior to her work at BPE, Ms. Engler was Director of External Relations at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, managing alumni affairs, communications, publications, and the Askwith Forum. The majority of Ms. Engler’s professional experience has been in higher education and adult education, although she served several terms on the Newton School Committee and as co-chair of Newton Community Schools. She currently serves on the boards of a Boston pilot school and a Boston charter school.
