Executive Director Jesse Solomon will present at the JFK Forum at the Harvard Kennedy School on Wednesday, Nov. 16. Read more in the press release from the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School.

The Boston Teacher Residency was named one of the Top 25 Innovations in American Government by the Ash Center at Harvard Kennedy School. The IAG awards honor local, state, and federal organizations for "creative problem solving." Of the Top 25, five finalists and one winner will be announced later this year.

Boston Teacher Residency (BTR) is one of 49 finalists (out of over 1,700 applicants) for the Investing in Innovation (i3) federal grant initiative. After securing matching funds, BTR will be eligible to receive $4.8M over four years to build on its successful teacher preparation and support model, supplying Boston's turnaround schools with a cadre of excellent teachers.
